Background info
Originally classically trained and schooled in jazz Robbie’s education continued to B.A level at the prestigious Dartington College of Performing Arts and, later, became a Master of Arts at Nottingham Trent University where he achieved a grade of distinction.
As a professional composer and performer, Robbie’s work has been featured on prime time TV, radio and, his most recent composition work, in collaboration with keyboard player Gilbert Gabriel (1980s band Dream Academy) featured in a film that reached no.1 in the New York Times film listings.
